Arthur Stokes has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Arthur started their career as an Information Technology Support Assistant at Trisept Solutions in 2000. Arthur then joined the US Navy in 2001, where they served as a Stationary Engineer and later as a Master-at-Arms, overseeing strategic nuclear initiatives and managing fire safety programs. After leaving the navy, Arthur worked as a Campaign Coordinator at Samaritan HouseVA, where they developed anti-domestic violence campaigns and lobbied for awareness and funding. Arthur then transitioned to the security field, working as a Security Professional at Critical Intervention Services and Allied Universal, gaining expertise in access security control systems and emergency response. In 2016, Arthur joined Able Services as a Building Engineer, responsible for the maintenance and operation of various mechanical systems. Their most recent position is as the Chief Engineer at Osceola County Government, where they oversee engineering operations. Overall, Arthur's work experience reflects a strong background in engineering, security, emergency management, and campaign coordination.

Arthur Stokes has a diverse education history. Starting in 2020, they obtained certifications in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the STRAC Institute (VAe). Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Operations, from the University of Phoenix. In 2004, Arthur attended the Naval Master at Arms - Academy, where they studied Law Enforcement, Force Protection, Counter-terrorism, and Related Protective Services. In 2002, they completed the Naval Operating Engineer (BM) - Apprentice School, where they focused on Mechanical & Industrial Technology, Industrial Equipment Operation, Life-Safety, and Logistics Support.

Additionally, Arthur Stokes has obtained several additional certifications throughout their career. These include BIM Foundations from LinkedIn in March 2021, Journeyman Certified Electronics Technician and Comprehensive Technician certifications from ETA International in August and July 2020 respectively, Electronics Engineering Technology from STRAC Institute in May 2020, Critical Infrastructure Protection (Control Systems) ICS from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency in February 2020, and Tracer Ensemble Systems Controls from Trane in November 2019.

Among their earlier certifications, Arthur obtained a Security Agency License from the Maryland State Police in January 2019, and Section 608 Technician Certification, Green HVAC/R, PM Tech, Indoor Air Quality, 410-a, HC/HFO certifications from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in November 2018. Arthur also holds a Security Agency License from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services obtained in April 2018.

In 2017, Arthur obtained certifications in Chiller Fundamentals, Maintenance, and Operation from Stromquist & Company, Inc. Arthur also holds a Certified Homeland Security V - Prevention, Response, and Mitigation (CHS) certification from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security obtained in August 2009. Prior to that, in 2006, they completed certifications in Surveillance Detection/Counter Surveillance & First Responder from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), and Emergency Management Institute ICS, NIMS, 100-800 from FEMA. In 2004, Arthur obtained the Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist (ESWS) certification from the US Navy.
