David Boisclair has extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as the S.W.A.T. Team Commander and Captain at Osceola County Sheriff's Office since November 2003. Prior roles include Lieutenant, Sergeant overseeing FTO Patrol and HIDTA Drug Task Force, and a second tenure as Canine Handler, Narcotics Agent, and Deputy Sheriff at Kissimmee Police Department from September 2001 to November 2003. David Boisclair holds an Associate of Science degree from Columbia College and has completed education at Valencia College, along with a high school diploma from Saint Cloud High School (1994-1998).
