Sharon Nichole is currently working in RTW Design at Oscar de la Renta since August 2023, following a role in Womenswear Design at S.S.DALEY, where Sharon contributed to the brand's inaugural S/S 24 Womenswear collection and collaborated on the Menswear collection. Previous experience includes serving as a Couture Design & Research Assistant to Indonesia's leading Couturier, Yogie Pratama, and an Alterations Tailor at Oscar de la Renta, ensuring precise fit standards. Sharon also gained valuable experience as a backstage assistant during multiple New York Fashion Weeks for renowned designers such as Thom Browne, Carolina Herrera, Prabal Gurung, Peter Do, and Michael Kors.
