Katelyn Horn has a diverse professional background with experience in customer service, retail management, and education. Currently serving as an Escrow Data Entry Clerk at OSC, a Steamboat Group company since June 2022, Katelyn previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at DXC Technology and held multiple roles at Starbucks, including Barista. Additional experience includes working as a Clinic Technician at Wittman Vision and as a Retail Store Manager at Karen’s Kreations. Katelyn also contributed to the educational sector as an English Tutor at South Plains College. Katelyn holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Texas Tech University and an Associate of Arts in Teaching from South Plains College.
