Uday Mehra is a Senior Associate in the Venture Capital and Tech M&A Practice at Osborne Clarke since March 2023. Uday is also a Venture Fellow in the Newton Venture Program, a selective investor training initiative co-organised by LocalGlobe VC and London Business School, having been selected from over 300 global applicants. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate in the Venture Capital Practice at Marriott Harrison and as Legal Counsel and Ventures Associate at Access VC, the venture arm of Reckitt. Uday began a career in corporate law at Clifford Chance as an Associate in the Corporate / M&A Practice after completing trainee roles and internships at various prestigious firms. Uday holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and History from The London School of Economics and Political Science and has earned legal qualifications, including a Fast-track MA (LPC with Business) from BPP Law School.
