Eric M. Fraser is a partner at Osborn Maledon, specializing in appeals, intellectual property litigation, and antitrust litigation since September 2011. Previously, Eric served as Executive Director for Research at the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation from July 2010 to August 2011 and worked as a law clerk to Judge Douglas H. Ginsburg at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit from August 2009 to July 2010. Earlier in their career, Eric was a research fellow in the Shuji Nakamura research laboratory on blue and ultraviolet light-emitting diodes at UC Santa Barbara from 2003 to 2005. Eric holds a JD from the University of Chicago Law School, an MBA in Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BA in Physics from Pomona College.
