Ajay Rayasam is an Associate at Osage University Partners. Ajay was responsible for sourcing deals, connecting with academia, and community engagement at MIT. Prior to that, they were a Summer Associate at The Engine, a $435M venture capital firm that invests in early-stage Tough Tech companies. Ajay has also worked as a Product (Offering) Manager - Level II Intern at IBM, where they launched a web application that improved accessibility standards at IBM. Ajay has also served as Chief Of Staff at Kubisys Inc.

Ajay Rayasam has a Master of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Engineering & Management. Ajay also has a Bachelor of Science from Babson College in Business Administration and Management, General. Ajay is an IDM Fellow from MIT - Integrated Design & Management and has a certification from IBM in Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner.
