Mirco Gasparotto has extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship, beginning with Arroweld Italia spa, where engagement started at 19 years old, progressing from a delivery role to CEO by age 25, transforming the company into Italy's leading industrial distributor. As the ideator of the Imprenditore Vero training program for SMEs since January 2021, Mirco also co-founded OSA Community in April 2016, which serves as a collaboration platform for top Italian entrepreneurs. In addition, Mirco serves as President of the Club Mondiale della Formazione, established in January 2008 to promote innovation and personal development within Italian enterprises during challenging market conditions. Mirco also has a philanthropic background as the founder of Onlusmariana, a nonprofit organization active from February 2002 to May 2016.
