Michael Hunt has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a System Engineer at Venn Software in 2018. In this position, they provided administration and support on Windows Server platform, managed IT infrastructure operations, and developed new technologies and services. Michael also troubleshooted and assisted with various configurations such as Citrix, O365, servers, vSphere, AWS, Exchange, GPOs, SSOs, VPNs, printers, and AppRiver.

Prior to that, they worked as a Software Solutions Specialist at Venn Software, starting in December 2018 until September 2020. In this role, they ensured the efficient flow of the company's information systems, using Kaseya Network Monitor to remotely manage client computers.

Before joining Venn Software, Michael worked as a Network & Computer Systems Intern at Sealed Unit Parts Co., Inc. from September 2018 to January 2019. During this internship, they shadowed the System & Network Administrator and assisted with projects and tasks.

Michael also has internship experience at Family First Funding LLC, where they worked as an Information Security Analyst and Finance Intern in 2018. In these roles, they shadowed IT and finance professionals, assisted with managing employee computer data/apps, and performed various financial tasks and analysis.

Additionally, Michael gained experience working at Monmouth University as a Recreation Assistant and Front Desk Associate from September 2014 to May 2018. Michael also worked at Meridian Health as a Customer Service representative from July 2016 to January 2018.

During their career, they had roles such as an Office Assistant, Desk Assistant, and Seasonal employee at Affordable Auto Glass, Inc. from May 2015 to December 2017, a Customer Service Representative at A AARDVARK AMUSEMENT INC from August 2011 to September 2016, and a Customer Service employee at Walgreens from December 2012 to August 2014.

Michael Hunt attended Monmouth University from 2014 to 2019. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science during their time there.
