Adeolu Adewumi-Zer is the Founder and Managing Director of ZER Consulting Africa, a pan-African management consultancy that supports startups, scale-ups, and social enterprises. In addition, Adeolu serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Shared Value Nigeria, promoting business practices that generate both social impact and economic value. Adeolu holds various positions, including Non Executive Director at Continental Reinsurance, Operating Partner at Hygeia HMO, Advisory Board Member at Oryx Impact, and Interim Executive Director of the Lagos Angel Network. Adeolu also mentors entrepreneurs through Gildre and VC4A and is a Board Member and Co-Chair of the Fundraising and Messaging Committee at the Global Center on Cooperative Security. As a member of the Ashoka Africa Builder Founding Circle, Adeolu is committed to fostering social entrepreneurship. Adeolu earned a B.S. with honors in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, and a minor in Japanese from Penn State University.
