Loveness Hoyange is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Regional HR Lead for Eastern & Southern Africa and Group Talent Manager at Oryx Energies since July 2022, where Loveness oversees HR-related activities across the region. Previously, Loveness held various roles at Puma Energy from July 2015 to June 2022, including Regional Head of Human Resources for Africa, where responsibilities included HR strategy oversight and the development of innovative People & Culture initiatives. Prior experience includes positions as Head of Human Resources for East Africa at Puma, Human Resources Manager & Company Secretary, and significant contributions to ArcelorMittal in establishing HR and Training departments in Liberia. Loveness also worked at Barrick Gold Corporation as a Senior Training and Development Officer, focusing on performance management and talent localization.
