Travis Hazlewood's work experience includes serving as the Head of Email Deliverability at Ortto since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CM Group as a Deliverability Specialist from August 2019 to April 2022, and as a Customer Support Specialist from June 2018 to August 2019. Travis also has experience at Apple, where they worked as a Technical Expert from November 2017 to June 2018, and as a Technical Support Specialist from October 2016 to November 2017.

Travis Hazlewood earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between the years 2014 and 2018.
