Bill Hubbard, FACHE, currently serves as President of Orthopedic Care Partners and has previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at The Orthopaedic Institute. Prior experience includes multiple leadership roles at Carolinas Healthcare System, where Bill Hubbard was Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Administration, and Assistant Vice President of Surgical Services. Earlier in Bill Hubbard's career, Bill Hubbard worked as a Business Analyst at Blue Cross NC and served as a Petty Officer in the US Navy. Bill Hubbard holds a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Florida and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1998 to 2000.
