Troy Kerwin has over 10 years of work experience in the medical device industry. Troy started their career at Stryker in 2006 as a Trauma Sales Manager, where they focused on supplying trauma and extremities products for the surgical treatment of bone fractures and abnormalities. Troy then progressed to become a Regional Sales Manager for the Interventional Spine division, where they provided minimally invasive solutions to treat back pain. Later, they served as an Area Director for the East Foot & Ankle region, responsible for leading the sales management team and exceeding sales goals. In 2017, Troy joined OrthoPediatrics as the Sales Vice President.

Troy Kerwin holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pre-Veterinary Studies from Purdue University.
