Erik Kubiak, MD is professor and vice-chair of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the UNLV School of Medicine in Las Vegas, NV. He has extensive experience in orthopaedic trauma and adult joint reconstruction and has acted as a principal investigator or co-principal investigator on numerous clinical and research studies. Dr. Kubiak has published more than 100 peer-reviewed articles in the area of orthopaedic injury and rehabilitation and has lectured internationally, including presentations in Germany, England and South Korea. He attended the University of Washington School of Medicine and did his residency training at the Hospital For Joint Diseases in New York City, NY. He completed a fellowship in orthopedic trauma at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, WA.
