Brady Pool has extensive experience in the medical device and sales industry, currently serving as an Independent Distributor for Orthofix since May 2018, where notable achievements include being named Distributor of the Year in 2020 and being the #1 M6 Distributor in the Nation for four consecutive years from 2020 to 2023. Previously, Brady held roles at Stryker Spine as a Sales Manager and Sales Representative, earning multiple awards for sales leadership and performance, including the Sales Leadership Award Trip and membership in the Leadership Council. Brady began a career at Orthovita and held positions at DePuy Synthes Companies and Arthrex, consistently demonstrating a strong ability to drive sales growth and achieve recognition for outstanding performance. Brady holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
