Bob Schoen has over 10 years of experience in the medical and orthopedic device sales industry. Bob most recently worked at Orthofix as the Regional Vice President, where they led a successful team and consistently exceeded revenue targets. Prior to that, Bob served as the Regional Sales Director at Orthofix, responsible for leading and supporting the Bone Growth Therapies sales team. Bob also worked as a Senior Training Specialist at Orthofix, where they played a vital role in growing BioStim sales through training and development of the sales representatives. Before joining Orthofix, Bob worked at Wright Medical Technology as an Orthopedic Device Territory Sales Representative, managing all aspects of sales, service, and operations. Bob also gained experience at DJO Global as a Territory Manager, marketing and delivering orthopedic regeneration devices. Bob began their career at Johnson & Johnson, where they held various roles over a six-year tenure, including Key Account retention and Specialty Sales Representative in sub-specialties such as CNS/Psychiatry, Pediatric, and Urology.

Bob Schoen attended Murray State University from 1988 to 1991, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communications. Bob then pursued further education at the same university and earned a Master of Arts degree in Sports Science from 1991 to 1993.
