Frans van Helden is an experienced professional currently serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Analytics for a Better World, a non-profit initiative focused on applying analytics to support the UN Sustainable Development Goals. For over a decade, Frans has held various leadership roles at ORTEC, where responsibilities have included managing the Consulting & Data Science division and advising on supply chain optimization processes. Previous experiences include serving as a board member at Stichting Present Leiden, leading Veritas Leiden, and consulting for De Kleine Consultant. Frans van Helden holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Leiden University and has completed the Blikverruimers Academie program focused on supervisory boards.
