Arjen van de Wetering has extensive work experience, starting in 1997 with ORTEC - Optimize Your World. Arjen held various roles in the company, including Consultant, Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant, Manager Business, Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Operations since January 2017. In addition to their work at ORTEC, they also served as the Penningmeester at Stichting Present Gouda from December 2008 to March 2016.

Arjen van de Wetering attended CSG De Lage Waard from 1986 to 1992, where they completed their VWO degree. Arjen then enrolled in Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained their Msc degree in Econometrics.
