Joseph Carrello is a seasoned professional in human resources and psychological services, currently serving as the National HR Consulting & EAP Services Manager at The ORS Group since September 2007. In this role, Joseph provides a comprehensive suite of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and psychological services, including counseling, critical incident response, and training programs. Joseph also works as the Principal Consultant at Judgment Index Australia, offering expertise in recruitment, engagement, risk management, and leadership development. Prior to these roles, Joseph amassed extensive experience at the Worker's Compensation and Rehabilitation Commission (WorkCover WA) from 1982 to 2007, holding positions up to A/Director of Strategic Policy and Planning.
