Tadeusz Kielak is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Infrastructure Department at PKN ORLEN S.A. since November 2022. Tadeusz has held various leadership roles in prominent organizations, including Deputy Director at PGNiG SA and Deputy Director of the Service Management Department at ZUS, focusing on IT services quality and management. Previous experience includes positions such as Head of IT Operations & Infrastructure at Bank Ochrony Åšrodowiska S.A. and Team Manager at PKO Bank Polski, where Tadeusz oversaw significant IT projects and strategies, including the implementation of IP telephony and network security initiatives. Tadeusz has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at the Academy of International Trade and Finance. Tadeusz holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Warsaw.
