Jennifer Celestain is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in accounting and budgeting. Currently serving as Fiscal Budget Manager and previously as Fiscal Analyst at Orleans Parish School Board since June 2019, Jennifer has developed expertise in fiscal management. Prior roles include Accounting Manager and Grant Accountant at KIPP New Orleans from July 2016 to October 2018, as well as various accounting positions at Fresenius Medical Care North America, Adams and Reese LLP, and Deloitte Tax LLP. Jennifer began their career as a Student Office Assistant at the University of Alabama Aquatic Center and has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from The University of Alabama, earned in 2008.
