Michelle Ward, MBA, has extensive experience in web and digital media, particularly with Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC - The Reliable One) since May 2002, where roles have included Sr Web and Digital Media Specialist and Web and Digital Media Specialist. Responsibilities have encompassed the development, design, and maintenance of content for internal and external websites, including graphics and documents, as well as constructing new web pages using HTML, Java Script, and CSS. Previous roles include Sr Document and Graphic Specialist at OUC, Customer Service Representative at Clarke American, and Customer Service Specialist at AT&T, among others. Michelle holds an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from Academy of Design and Technology, a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Seton Hall University, and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
