Jose Luis Perez Garmendia is an experienced professional with a diverse background in research and development, human resources, sales and marketing, and project management, currently serving as R&D Manager and Director of Human Resources (ESG) at ORKLI since December 1991. Additional roles at ORKLI include Chairman of the Governing Board and Innovation Manager. Jose Luis has held leadership positions at Goierri Valley and LORTEK, and served as Chairman of the Board for Fundacion Goilan and Fundacion Goierri. With a comprehensive education including an AMP from IE Business School and an MBA from the University of Deusto, Jose Luis has also acquired advanced training in ESG and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
