Lenn D. has a diverse work experience in various fields. They started working as a Pharmacy Assistant at Apotheek Van Hoecke in September 2014, where they completed an internship. They later worked as a Student Pharmacy Assistant at Apotheek Waelput on a part-time basis from December 2012 to July 2019, fulfilling tasks such as stock management, order administration, and providing pharmaceutical advice. In addition, Lenn D. completed another internship as a Research Laboratory Technician at Ruđer Bošković Institute from February 2019 to June 2019, where they participated in a project examining the toxicity of molybdenum on cell lines. They also gained experience as a Founder of a music blog called Jumble Music since August 2015. Currently, Lenn D. is employed as a Research Associate at Orionis Biosciences since February 2020.

Lenn D. completed a Bachelor's degree in Biomedische laboratoriumtechnologie: farmaceutische en biologische laboratoriumtechnologie from HOGENT, which spanned from 2015 to 2019. Prior to this, Lenn attended Technisch instituut Sint-Carolus from 2012 to 2015 and obtained a degree as a Farmaceutisch-technisch assistent (FTA). Lenn's education history started in 2008 at the same institute, where they studied Technical Sciences without obtaining a specific degree. Additionally, Lenn has obtained additional certifications including Laboratory Animal Science (Cat. B) from the Belgian Council for Laboratory Animal Science in January 2019, and the Farmaceutisch-technisch assistent certification from Technisch instituut Sint-Carolus in June 2015.
