Christianna Casanave has a diverse work experience. Christianna started their career in 2004 as a Platoon Leader in the 16th Signal Battalion, where they provided communications support during Operation Iraqi-Freedom. Christianna then served as a Transmissions Engineering Officer in the US Army until 2008, where they supervised and optimized communication links within the Iraqi theater-wide grid.

After leaving the military, Casanave joined Orion Talent in 2008 as a Senior Account Executive, where they secured job opportunities for transitioning military personnel. Christianna later became the Regional Sales Manager, overseeing military hiring conferences and managing a team of sales executives. In their most recent role at Orion Talent, Casanave was the Director of National Accounts & Talent Programs, creating and developing relationships with Fortune 500 companies to provide a pipeline of military and industry experienced talent for their hiring needs.

Overall, Casanave has extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, sales, and military communication operations.

Christianna Casanave obtained a Certificate in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition from Cornell University in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Communications from McDaniel College. In 2021, they obtained the Sales Effectiveness for Staffing Certified certification from Butler Street.
