Joe Simonoko has extensive experience in the mortgage and lending industry, currently serving as Vice President and Divisional Sales Leader at Orion Lending since August 2018. Previously, at Pacific Union Financial, LLC, Joe held multiple roles including Vice President and Regional Sales Manager for the South Central Region, focusing on recruiting successful candidates in key markets. With a strong history at SunTrust Mortgage as Eastern Divisional Manager for Wholesale Lending, Joe oversaw sales and operations across various regions. Additional experience includes senior sales roles at LoanCity and Wachovia Mortgage, where Joe managed national sales forces and strategic planning. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
