Mike Phillips is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience across various industries. As the Founder of Triple Threat Team Building since September 2023, Phillips continues to innovate in team development. Also a Co-Owner of EPIC Adventures Therapy LLC since January 2016, Phillips has played a pivotal role in enhancing therapeutic experiences. Previously, as Owner of Crossfit First Step until August 2024, and Co-Owner of The Crossfit Squad from November 2018 to June 2021, Phillips contributed significantly to fitness and wellness communities. In technology and business development, Phillips co-founded AVA Intelligence and served as VP of Business Development from February 2022 to August 2023, along with experience as Network Specialist at Orion Innovations. Additional leadership roles include CEO and Founder of The Network, Founder/CEO of Real Trade Foundation Inc., and Senior Vice President of Research and Development at Herohl LLC. Phillips holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Lynn University.
