Elias Escalante is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in both backend and full stack development. Currently serving as the Lead Backend Engineer at Orion Innovation since March 2023, Elias leads the fullstack team for a widely-used hunting mapping application. Previously, Elias worked as a Full Stack Engineer at DevRank, collaborating with various global companies, and held positions at ArcTouch, Stack Sports, Think Agency, BairesDev, and Da.sh, focusing on technologies such as React, GraphQL, and Node.js. Additionally, Elias has a strong entrepreneurial background as the Director and Founder of Xinachtli, an organization dedicated to creating sustainable resources and educational programs. Elias holds a degree in Communication from Tecnológico de Monterrey, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
