Stephen O'Connell has extensive work experience in the recruitment industry. Stephen started their career in 2001, working as a Cad Facade Engineer for Murphy Aluminium until 2004. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as an Autocad Design Engineer for WMG Group L.T.D. Stephen then joined AGMC Glass Libya as a Design & Detailing Manager from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they joined PE Global as a Senior Account Manager and was later promoted to International Recruitment Manager in 2012. At PE Global, Stephen led the international team in recruiting candidates for clients in various countries. In 2018, they joined the Orion Group as a Divisional Director for Life Sciences and FMCG across Europe. Stephen was later promoted to Group Head - Life Sciences with P&L responsibility for North America, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the Netherlands in February 2020. Throughout their career, Stephen has demonstrated a commitment to providing exceptional service and achieving consistent growth in the recruitment industry.

Stephen O'Connell attended Farranferris Seminary from 1994 to 1999. From 2001 to 2003, they attended Munster Technological University, where they studied Civil Engineering.
