Rory A Pollard has a diverse work experience in finance and audit. Rory A has worked at Orion Engineered Carbons from 2012, starting as the Director of Finance Process & Projects. Rory A then became the Head of Internal Audit in 2014, and later the Vice President of Internal Audit in 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Arizona Chemical, a Kraton Company, from 1999. Rory A held various roles including Financial Accountant, Finance Manager, Commercial Controller, Operations Controller, Global Manager of FP&A, and Manager of Finance Global Operations.

Rory A Pollard earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Central Lancashire, where they studied from 1992 to 1995.
