Steve Chapman has a strong background in plant management and leadership roles. Steve worked as a President at Orion Rope Works/Canada Cordage since 2013. Prior to that, they were a Plant Manager at Formed Fiber Technologies from 2011 to 2013. Steve also served as a Plant Manager at Consolidated Container Company from 2008 to 2010 and at Collins & Aikman from 2001 to 2007. In addition, they worked as a Site Manager at Textron Automotive from 1993 to 2001, where they successfully launched a facility for the 2001 Dodge Durango front fascia.

Steve Chapman obtained a Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University in 2010. Earlier on, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College, which they attended from 2004 to 2007.
