Richard Low is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in asset management and property development. Currently serving as the Director of Asset Management and Head of Retail at Orion Capital Managers since December 2014, Richard previously held significant roles, including Partner at Cogent Property Solutions from January 2008 to October 2014, where Richard specialized in enhancing shopping centres and retail parks. Richard's earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director at Retail Property Holdings Limited, overseeing the successful development of the Silverburn Shopping Centre in Glasgow, and as Property Director at Combined Property Services Ltd, where large-scale mixed-use developments were delivered. Richard began their career as an Associate Director at Edward Erdman. Educationally, Richard earned a BSc (Hons) in Land Economics from the University of the West of Scotland.
