Mike Hardy is currently the Technology & IT Coordinator at Orion Associates. Prior to that, they were Managing Director at Trenova Solutions from July 2013 to January 2016. Hardy has also worked as Principal Solution Engineer at Axiom EPM from January 2009 to June 2013 where they were the primary technical developer of Axiom EPM Financial Industries solutions. Other previous positions include Principal Consultant at Business Objects from April 2003 to December 2008 and Senior Financial Analyst at US Bank from January 1994 to December 2003. Hardy has excellent Microsoft Office skills, is an Excel expert, and is familiar with SQL. Mike also has experience in project management.

Mike Hardy has an MBA in finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a MA in English from Western Washington University, and a BA in Theirtory from The College of Idaho.
