Joycee Awosika is a seasoned entrepreneur and consultant with a rich background in both the agri-beauty industry and the energy sector. As the Founder and CEO of ORÍKÌ Group since January 2015, Joycee has developed a brand that utilizes natural ingredients and African beauty secrets to create luxurious products, positively impacting local communities. Joycee also founded UNWIND in November 2021, providing convenient self-care services such as massages and facials. Previous experience includes consulting for the Department for International Development and the Federal Ministry of Power, focusing on data management during Nigeria's power privatization, as well as curating the Abuja Hub of the Global Shapers Community. Joycee's career began in the energy sector with roles at the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission and Smart Choice Energy Services, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Economics from Goucher College.
