Douglas Ankrah is one of the world’s most respected drinks and bar consultants. Starting out in the industry bartending in London where he developed his passion for cocktails.

This passion was turned into a business in 1996 when he set up the London Academy of Bartending at the Atlantic Bar which trained a generation of bartenders

in the art of mixology. The Academy led to Douglas opening two award winning bars - Lab in Soho and Townhouse in Knightsbridge.
