Shereen H. is an accomplished housing management professional with extensive experience in property portfolio management and service charge recovery. Currently serving as Home Ownership Manager at Origin Housing since December 2021, Shereen oversees a diverse portfolio of approximately 450 properties in inner London, managing relationships with various stakeholders. Prior roles include Senior Rent and Service Charge Recovery Officer at Slough Borough Council, where Shereen managed service charge recovery for 1,500 leasehold properties and represented the council in court cases. Earlier experience includes leasehold management positions and expertise in service charge calculations, right to buy processes, and handling high-level complaints.
