Ryan Carnie is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in commissioning, completions, and control systems within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Commissioning Lead for APLNG Upstream at Origin Energy since April 2014, Ryan focuses on the delivery of field development targets while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and functional requirements. Previous roles include Completions & Handover Engineer at Origin Energy, where Ryan managed the Smart Completions database for construction and commissioning, and E&I Site Engineer at KBR, responsible for the commissioning of the QCLNG export pipeline control system. Ryan's earlier experience includes working as a Control Systems Engineer for the Northern Network Alliance and as an Instrumentation & Control Engineer for the Southern Regional Water Pipeline Alliance. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Avionics and Systems Engineering from Queensland University of Technology.
