Matthew Chaump is a seasoned talent consultant currently working at Origin since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a talent acquisition and outreach specialist at Deep Well Services from October 2022 to August 2024, and as a talent acquisition consultant at StarHR for a brief period in late 2022. Matthew previously served as a talent acquisition specialist at Origin earlier in 2022, and as an insurance sales specialist with Allstate from October 2021 to February 2022. Additional experience includes serving as the recruitment chairman for Kappa Sigma Fraternity in 2020, as a sales and marketing intern at State Farm® in early 2020, and as a banking specialist with State Farm® from December 2017 to 2019. Matthew's educational background includes attending the University of Arkansas from 2019 to 2021 and Tyler Junior College in 2018-2019, as well as earning a high school diploma from Bishop Thomas K. Gorman.
