Remon R. Gerges is a Continuous Improvement Leader at Oriental Weavers since January 2023, previously serving as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at SMD Industrial S.A.E. from November 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities included delivering 5S training to over 320 employees and leading preparation for ISO-14001 and ISO-45001 certifications. Earlier experience includes a role as a Packaging Engineer at Al Ahram Beverages Company and as Live Operation Head at OKA Truck, overseeing sustainability and customer satisfaction while managing internal and external processes. Gerges also completed internships focused on process improvement and business development across several companies, including Dabur International Ltd, KANDIL GLASS, and the planning and maintenance departments at Fresh Electric for Home Appliances. Gerges holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Zagazig University, completed in 2019.
