Leon Banks has extensive experience in safety management and lean manufacturing. Since March 2012, Leon has served as the Safety Manager at Oriental Weavers, where responsibilities include overseeing safety protocols and ensuring compliance within the workplace. Prior to this role, from February 1973 to June 2011, Leon held a position focusing on lean manufacturing at Mohawk Industries, contributing to operational efficiency and process improvement over nearly four decades.
