Christian Hernandez is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in various high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Orienta Beach Club since July 2018, Christian has previously held similar positions at Rockland Country Club and The Warwick Hotel. Additional roles include Executive Chef at The West Side Tennis Club and Executive Sous Chef at New York Athletic Club. Christian's career began at Mo's Caribbean Bar and Grill and has consistently featured leadership roles, showcasing expertise in culinary arts honed through education at The French Culinary Institute.
