Shashi Kumar Mahtha is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Assistant Manager at Orient Electric since December 2024. Prior to this role, Shashi held the position of Assistant Manager at Bajaj Electricals Ltd from February 2022 to December 2024, focusing on R&D validation for various water heater products and ensuring compliance with numerous international and Indian standards.
