Martin Addinall is an experienced professional in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Site General Manager at Orica's Yarwun Manufacturing Centre since August 2012. Responsible for the safe operation and delivery of ammonium nitrate and sodium cyanide products, Martin has also held strategic roles such as Senior Product Manager for Ammonium Nitrate, where initiatives led to doubled production and significant financial benefits. Prior to that, Martin managed safety, health, environment, security, and community standards, achieving compliance and implementing major hazard initiatives. With a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Newcastle and a Graduate Diploma in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UNSW, Martin’s background includes extensive leadership roles at Redbank Power, where management of engineering and environmental processes was key.
