Jeremiah Beitzel is an experienced attorney and consultant with a focus on legal, advisory, and consulting services in data protection, nonprofit organizations, and corporate counsel. As the Principal at J A Beitzel, LLC since July 2016, Jeremiah has provided outside general counsel services and corporate advice. Jeremiah previously held the position of Senior Counsel for Privacy & Security at Keap, where responsibilities included advising on global data protection regulations. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for PetSmart Charities, as well as legal roles at PetSmart, Inc. and eFunds Corporation. Jeremiah holds a JD from Marquette University Law School and a BA in Political Science from Western Michigan University.
