Tianle Redanz holds a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA for Executives in Health Care from Yale University. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Women’s Health Business Development at Organon since January 2022, Tianle Redanz is responsible for identifying and executing business transactions that enhance the company's product portfolio. Prior roles include Vice President of Business Development at Nuance Pharma Co. Ltd, Associate Director of Business Development at Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America, and Director of Business Development at Simcere Pharmaceutical Group. Tianle Redanz has also held positions such as Key Account Manager at DiscoveRx, Founder and Business Development Director at Garbo Biotechnology, Research Scientist at PTC Therapeutics, Inc., and Postdoctoral Fellow at Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences. Early career experience involves a Teaching and Research Assistant role at the University of Rhode Island, focused on DNA modification studies.
