Lisa Goslee currently serves as the Associate Director of External Quality Assurance at Organon since June 2021. Prior to this role, Lisa held the title of Associate Director of External Quality Assurance at Merck from December 2004 to February 2021, where responsibilities included managing a team of 15-20 analysts and overseeing quality control and operational functions in a GMP facility. Lisa's experience also includes roles as QC Manager and Manager of Operations at Merck, where management of various teams and cross-functional projects was integral. Additionally, Lisa began their career as a Technician at Intervet Animal Health from June 1998 to December 2004. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell Biology and Anatomy from Salisbury University between 1995 and 1998.
