Katharin Casillas, CCP, PHR, GRP, currently serves as the Director of Global Compensation at Organon, a role held since June 2021. Prior to this position, Katharin's tenure at Honeywell spanned nearly 13 years, where Katharin advanced from Compensation Consultant to Director of Compensation & Benefits, overseeing total rewards for a $14 billion aerospace business. Katharin has also held roles as Compensation Manager at Henkel and as Senior Compensation Consultant at ConocoPhillips, as well as Compensation Consultant at Giant Industries, Inc. Katharin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Arizona State University between 1992 and 1994.
