Shannon Fleming has extensive work experience in sales, marketing, and management roles. Shannon worked at Organogenesis from 2011 to the present, where they started as an Executive Tissue Regeneration Specialist and was later promoted to Regional Sales Manager. In these roles, Shannon was responsible for selling human skin substitutes to various healthcare professionals and demonstrated a strong track record of driving sales, launching products, and achieving overall sales growth. Prior to Organogenesis, Shannon worked as a Medical Sales Rep at Genentech from 2007 to 2011 and as a Pharmaceutical Sales representative at AstraZeneca from 2000 to 2007.

Shannon Fleming obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Towson University. This education occurred between 1987 and 1991. Following this, Shannon pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing at York College of Pennsylvania from 1992 to 1995.
