Kurt Matheson has served as the Vice President, Marketing since 2021. Prior to joining Organogenesis, Mr. Matheson gained over 20 years of experience in healthcare at industry-leading organizations. From 2018 to 2021, he held the Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Sales & Marketing roles at Novanta Inc. From 2016 to 2018, he served as Senior Director of Marketing at Stryker. From 2000 to 2016, he held various Sales and Marketing roles of increasing responsibility in both the Advanced Wound Care and Surgical Divisions of Ethicon at Johnson & Johnson culminating in his final role as Director, Global Strategic Marketing. Mr. Matheson graduated from The United States Military Academy at West Point and served his country for 5 years as an officer in the Army (Captain) where he developed his leadership skills early on in his professional career.
